The Company ID (Realm ID) you enter here must be the same company you select in the QuickBooks authorization popup. This is validated automatically — a mismatch is rejected with an error when the connection is tested.

Important — Company ID must match the company you authorize

During authorization, QuickBooks shows a company selection screen. Select the same company whose Realm ID you enter below. StackOne checks the entered Company ID against the company you actually authorized and rejects the connection with a clear error if they don’t match.

  • If you have access to multiple companies, pick the one matching the Realm ID you entered.
  • Always double-check both are the same company before connecting.
