Ensure you have Admin privileges within your Dixa account.

Get Your Dixa API Token

This connection will be authenticated using an API token generated from your Dixa account.

Navigate to Integrations

Sign in to your Dixa Dashboard.

  • Click on Settings in the left menu.
  • Scroll down to the Customization section.
  • Click on Integrations.

Access API Tokens

In the Integrations page, click on the API Tokens tab.

Create New Token

Click the Add API token button.

  • Enter a name for your token (e.g., “StackOne Integration”).
  • Click Save changes to generate the token.

Copy API Token

Copy your API Token and store it securely. This token will only be shown once.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Token

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
