Create a Dialpad OAuth App

Go to the Dialpad Developer Portal and create an app to enable OAuth authentication.

Sign in to the Developer Portal

Sign in at developers.dialpad.com.

  • Click My Apps in the top navigation.
  • Click Create App.

Configure the redirect URI

In your app settings, add the redirect URI.

  • Set Redirect URI to: https://api.stackone.com/connect/oauth2/dialpad/callback

Copy credentials

Copy your Client ID and Client Secret.

  • Copy the Client ID.
  • Copy the Client Secret and store securely.

Creating the StackOne Connector Profile

To create the Connector Profile in StackOne for Dialpad:

Navigate to Connector Profiles

Login to StackOne and navigate to Connector Profiles

Create New Connector Profile

  • Click + Connector Profile
  • Search for and select Dialpad
  • Select Type as OAuth 2.0
  • Fill out the fields using details retrieved from your provider:
    • Client ID
    • Client Secret
  • (Optional) Select Actions to be enabled for this Connector Profile
  • Click Create profile
Congratulations! The new Connector Profile will now show up in your project ready to be used. You can now continue to Link Accounts for Dialpad.
