Find your data center

Sign in to your Zoho Sprints account and check the domain in your browser address bar to identify your data center.

  • United States (US) — sprints.zoho.com
  • Europe (EU) — sprints.zoho.eu
  • India (IN) — sprints.zoho.in
  • India Exclusive (INEC) — sprints.zohohq.in
  • Australia (AU) — sprints.zoho.com.au
  • Japan (JP) — sprints.zoho.jp
  • Singapore (SG) — sprints.zoho.sg
  • Canada (CA) — sprints.zohocloud.ca
  • Saudi Arabia (SA) — sprints.zoho.sa
  • United Kingdom (UK) — sprints.zoho.uk

Find your Team ID

Your Team ID (Workspace ID) identifies your Zoho Sprints organization.

Sign in to Zoho Sprints

Locate your Workspace ID

Find the Workspace ID from your profile dropdown.

  • Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
  • Copy the Workspace ID value displayed (this is the same as your Team ID).

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Data Center
  • Team ID

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
