Find Your Organization ID

Retrieve your Zoho Books Organization ID required for all API calls.

Sign in to Zoho Books

Locate Organization ID

Find the Organization ID in your Zoho Books account settings.

  • Click the Settings icon (gear icon) in the top navigation
  • Select Organization Profile
  • Copy the Organization ID displayed on the page

Find your data center

Sign in to your Zoho Books account and check the domain in your browser address bar to identify your data center.

  • United States (US) — books.zoho.com
  • Europe (EU) — books.zoho.eu
  • India (IN) — books.zoho.in
  • India Exclusive (INEC) — books.zohohq.in
  • Australia (AU) — books.zoho.com.au
  • Japan (JP) — books.zoho.jp
  • Singapore (SG) — books.zoho.sg
  • Canada (CA) — books.zohocloud.ca
  • Saudi Arabia (SA) — books.zoho.sa
  • United Kingdom (UK) — books.zoho.uk

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Data Center
  • Organization ID

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
