Prerequisites

The connector should already be set up, with a Connector Profile and a Linked Account. See Getting Started on the Zoho Bigin connector page.

Enable webhook events

StackOne creates the Bigin notification channel for you when you turn on webhook events, and removes it when you turn the events off or unlink the account. You don’t need to set anything up in Bigin.

1

Check the linked account's access

Events come from the one Bigin organization the linked account connects to, and only for records its Bigin user can see.

  • Use an Administrator user to receive events for every record. A Standard user only gets events for records its profile can access.
2

Turn on the events in StackOne

In your Connector Profile, turn on the webhook events you want. StackOne then registers one notification channel in Bigin for those events.

  • Bigin keeps a channel for at most one day, and StackOne does not renew it yet. When deliveries stop, change the event selection or reconnect the account to register a new channel.
  • Changing the event selection replaces the channel with a new one.

Verify

Your Connector should now be able to receive and process events. Try triggering an event and you should see an Event appear in the Connector logs.
