A2AGenerate an API key
Generate a Partner API key from the Integrations section of your Zinc company settings. Generate the key from the same environment (Staging or Production) selected on the Connector Profile.
Sign in to Zinc
Sign in to your Zinc account using the URL for your environment.
- For the Production environment, sign in at https://app.zincwork.com/.
- For the Staging environment, sign in at https://stagingapp.zincwork.com/ and generate the key there.
Open Integrations in Company settings
Open your company settings and switch to the Integrations view.
- Click the Company settings (gear) icon at the bottom of the left sidebar.
- In the left menu of the company settings page, click Integrations.
Expand the Zinc integration
Locate Zinc in the integrations list and click the row to expand its dropdown panel.
- If Zinc is not in the integrations list (or the panel does not offer an API-key option), contact your Zinc account team to enable Partner API access for your account.
Copy the API key
Copy the generated API key and store it securely for use later.
- The API key is shown only once — save it immediately.
- Format example:
25d3XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX(32-character hex string). - Keep this value secure and never share it publicly, as it grants full access to the associated Zinc customer account.
Linking the Account from the Hub
Navigate to the Hub
Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.
If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
