Your instance URL identifies your organization’s Vtiger CRM environment.
- Check your browser address bar when signed in to Vtiger.
- Format:
{instance}.od{X}.vtiger.com(where{X}is your server number) - Example: if your URL is
https://stackone.od2.vtiger.com/index.php, your instance URL isstackone.od2.vtiger.com
Find your email address
Use the email address you use to sign in to your Vtiger CRM account.
Find your access key
The access key authenticates API requests to your Vtiger instance.

Sign in to Vtiger
Sign in to your Vtiger account.
- Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select My Preferences from the dropdown menu.

Copy the access key
On the My Preferences page, look under the User information section.
- Locate the Access Key field.
- To reset your access key, click Change Access Key from the edit/more menu on the My Preferences page.
- Copy the value and store it securely for use later.
Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub
Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields
Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
- Instance URL
- Access Key

Connect
- Click Connect
- If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
- Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup
If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
