Prerequisites

The connector should already be set up, with a Connector Profile and a Linked Account. See Getting Started on the Unleashed connector page.

Automatic webhook subscription

StackOne creates and manages the Unleashed webhook subscription automatically. When webhook events are enabled for a connected account, StackOne creates one subscription in your Unleashed account with the API Id and API Key of the connection, subscribed to the events you enable. You don’t need to configure anything in Unleashed.

1

Enable events in StackOne

Select the webhook events you want in StackOne. StackOne registers the Unleashed subscription with exactly those events.

2

Change or remove events

Changing the event selection replaces the StackOne subscription with a new one for the updated event list. Disconnecting the account deletes the subscription, which stops deliveries.

Available webhook events

The following Unleashed events can be enabled. Only events selected in StackOne are included in the subscription — Unleashed will not deliver events that are not subscribed.

Delivery format

Details of how Unleashed delivers events to StackOne.

1

Fetch the full record

Each event carries only the GUID of the changed record, which StackOne uses as the event ID. Unleashed sends it inside the Data field as a JSON-encoded string. To read the record itself, call the matching get action with that GUID (for example get_sales_order for a sales order event).

2

Handle duplicate deliveries

Unleashed retries failed deliveries with exponential backoff for up to 72 hours, and the same event can be delivered more than once. Use the EventNotificationId in the event data to detect duplicates. Unleashed disables a subscription after 18 failed deliveries within 72 hours.

Verify

Your Connector should now be able to receive and process events. Try triggering an event and you should see an Event appear in the Connector logs.
