Generate an API key
tl;dv authenticates with a personal API key sent in the x-api-key header. API access is available on the Pro or Business plans only.

Open your API key settings
Sign in to tl;dv and open your personal API key settings.
- Sign in to your tl;dv account.
- Go to Settings > Personal Settings > API Keys.

Create and copy the key
Generate a new key and copy it into StackOne.
- Click to generate a new API key.
- Copy the key and paste it into the API Key field in StackOne.
- Treat the key like a password — it grants access to your tl;dv data.
Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub
Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields
Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
- API Key

Connect
- Click Connect
- If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
- Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup
If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
