Generating a new token disables all existing integrations using the previous token.

Prerequisites

Verify you have the necessary access before starting.

  • An active TalentLyft account with admin permissions
  • Access to integration settings

Generate Access Token

Create an access token to authenticate API requests.

Navigate to Integration Settings

Access your TalentLyft integration settings.

  • Sign in to your TalentLyft account
  • Click your Profile icon in the top-right corner
  • Select Integrations
  • Click TalentLyft Access token Settings

Generate and Copy Token

Generate a new access token and save it securely.

  • Click Generate to create a new token
  • Copy the generated token immediately
  • Store it securely — the token provides full API access
  • Warning: Generating a new token invalidates the previous one

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Access Token

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
