Personal access tokens carry the permissions you grant them across the selected organizations and projects. Keep them secure and never share them.

Generate a personal access token

Personal access tokens (PATs) authenticate requests to the Supabase Management API. Each token is scoped to the organizations or projects and permissions you choose when you create it.

Sign in to Supabase

Sign in to your Supabase account.

  • Click your profile icon in the top right.
  • From the dropdown, click Account.

Open access tokens

In the Account Settings sidebar, click Access Tokens.

  • Click Generate new token.

Enter token details

In the Generate token panel, enter a Name such as StackOne Integration.

  • Select a duration from Expires in.
  • When the token expires the connection stops working, so generate a new token and update it in StackOne Hub before then.

Choose resource access

Under Resource access, select Organization to give the token access to all projects in the organizations you choose.

  • From the Organizations dropdown, select the organization you want to connect.
  • Select Project instead to limit the token to selected projects in a single organization.

Set permissions

Under Permissions, open the preset dropdown and select Full access so StackOne can run both read and write actions.

  • Select Read-only instead if you only need read actions.
  • Click Review access.

Review and create the token

Check the Token summary and Capabilities, then click Create token.

  • Access can’t be changed after creation, so confirm the organization and permissions first.

Copy the token

Click Copy to copy the new token and store it securely for use later.

  • The token starts with sbp_ and is shown only once.
  • Paste it into the Personal Access Token field in StackOne Hub.
  • The Native Webhook URL field in StackOne Hub is read-only and filled in after the connection is created. You only need it when setting up Supabase webhooks.

Connect

  • Click Connect.
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup.
