Finding Your Shop Name

Your shop name is the subdomain of your Shopify store URL and is required to connect to the correct store.

Locate your shop name

Check the URL bar in your browser while logged into Shopify Admin. Your shop name appears after /store/ in the URL.

  • Example: if your URL is https://admin.shopify.com/store/my-store, the shop name is my-store. Enter only this value.
  • The shop name is also the subdomain in your store’s public URL (https://my-store.myshopify.com)
  • Do not include .myshopify.com - enter only the subdomain part (e.g., my-store)

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Shop Name

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
