Obtain API Credentials

Request API access from SD Worx to receive your Client ID and Client Secret.

Contact SD Worx Support

API credentials are provisioned by SD Worx support.

  • Email support@sdworx.com with your SD Worx customer number
  • Request API access for the Cobra API platform
  • You will receive a Client ID and Client Secret

Note Your API Domain

Your API domain is specific to your SD Worx environment.

  • Your API domain will be in the format: api<instance>.cobra.sdworx.com
  • Example domains: apihrafdeling.cobra.sdworx.com, apiheliportal.cobra.sdworx.com
  • Note this domain — you will need it when connecting

Creating the StackOne Connector Profile

To create the Connector Profile in StackOne for SD Worx:

Open the connector

Log in to StackOne, open Connectors, and select SD Worx.

Choose actions and events

  • Click Add Profile.
  • If the connector offers more than one authentication method, set the Auth Method filter to OAuth 2.0 (Client Credentials).
  • Select the actions, and any events, to enable for this Connector Profile.
  • Click Continue.

Set up authentication

  • Select Authentication Type as OAuth 2.0 (Client Credentials).
  • Fill out the fields using details retrieved from your provider:
    • Client ID
    • Client Secret
  • Click Create Profile.
Congratulations! The new Connector Profile now shows up on the connector page. If you created it as a project member rather than an admin, it starts disabled until a project admin enables it. You can now continue to Link Accounts for SD Worx.
