Prerequisites

Verify REST API access is enabled for your Saba Cloud instance.

Confirm API Access

REST APIs must be enabled at the organization level.

  • Go to Admin > System Admin > Manage Integrations > API Dashboard
  • If you cannot access this page, contact Cornerstone support to enable REST API access for your instance

Find Your Subdomain

Locate your Saba Cloud subdomain from the platform URL.

Identify Your Subdomain

Extract the subdomain from your Saba Cloud URL.

  • Your subdomain is the first part of your Saba Cloud URL before .sabacloud.com
  • Example: If your URL is https://acme.sabacloud.com, enter acme

Enter Credentials

Provide your Saba Cloud credentials to connect via StackOne.

Required Fields

Enter the following information.

  • Username: Your Saba login username (typically employee ID, not email)
  • Password: Your Saba login password
  • Subdomain: Only the subdomain portion (e.g., acme), without .sabacloud.com

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Username
  • Password
  • Subdomain

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
