You need admin access to your Recurly site to generate API keys.

Accessing Your API Key

Recurly uses HTTP Basic Authentication where the API key is passed as the username and the password is left empty.

Sign in to Recurly

Sign in to your Recurly account.

Navigate to API Credentials

Go to the API Credentials page to view or generate API keys.

  • Navigate to Integrations > API Credentials
  • Or go directly to API Credentials

Copy Your API Key

Copy the private API key for use in StackOne.

  • Locate the Private API Key in the list
  • Click to reveal and copy the key
  • Store your API key securely as it provides full API access to your Recurly site

Identifying Your Data Region

Recurly hosts sites in two regions. Select the region that matches your Recurly site.

Check Your Recurly Site URL

The region is determined by the URL you use to access your Recurly dashboard.

  • US — Your dashboard URL is app.recurly.com. Select US (v3.recurly.com)
  • EU — Your dashboard URL is app.eu.recurly.com. Select EU (v3.eu.recurly.com)

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Key
  • Data Region

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
