Generating a personal API token
A personal API token gives StackOne access to your Recruitee data with the same permissions as your user.

Sign in to Recruitee
Sign in to the Recruitee account for the environment you are connecting:
- Production — Recruitee account
- Sandbox (RC) — Recruitee sandbox account
- Create the token in the same environment you will connect, because tokens differ per environment.

Open personal API tokens
Navigate to Settings > Apps and plugins > API tokens > Personal API tokens.
- Click + Add token in the top-right corner and choose Personal API tokens.

Name and create the token
Enter an API Token label, for example StackOne Integration, and click Save.
- Enter the verification code Recruitee sends to your email address to confirm the token.
- The token does not expire unless you revoke it.
Copying your credentials
Both values are shown on the Personal API tokens page.

Copy the API token
Click Show token next to your new token and copy the value.
- Paste it into the API Key field in StackOne Hub.
- Only you can see your tokens, so store the value securely for use later.

Copy the Company ID
Your Company ID is the numeric identifier of your Recruitee company, shown on the same page as your tokens.
- Paste it into the Company ID field in StackOne Hub.
- Format: a number
- Example:

Link the Account

Connect
- Click Connect.
- If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
- Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup.
