Admin access to your Re:amaze account is required to generate an API token.

Locating Your Brand Domain

Your brand domain is the subdomain in your Re:amaze account URL.

Identify your subdomain

Look at your Re:amaze URL while logged in.

  • Format: https://{brand}.reamaze.io
  • Example: If your URL is https://stackonetest.reamaze.io, your brand domain is stackonetest
  • You can also find this in Settings > Brands

Finding Your Login Email

Your login email is the email address you use to sign in to Re:amaze.

Generating an API Token

Generate an API token from your account.

Access API Token settings

Navigate to Settings in the left sidebar.

  • Scroll down to the Developer section
  • Click on API Token

Generate or copy your token

If you don’t have a token yet, click Generate New Token to create one. Copy the token value and store it securely for use later.

  • If you already have a token, you can copy it from the Your Token field
  • Caution: The API token provides full access to your Re:amaze account. Handle it securely.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Brand Domain
  • Login Email
  • API Token

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
