API access must be provisioned by your Proliant Account Manager. Contact them to complete an API Request form and receive credentials.

Request API Access

Proliant API credentials are issued by your Account Manager — there is no self-serve signup.

1

Contact your Account Manager

Reach out to your Proliant Account Manager and request API access. You will need to complete an API Request form specifying which data you need to access.

2

Receive your credentials

After approval, your Account Manager will provide:

  • Client Key — your API client identifier
  • Client Secret — your API secret (expires annually; rotate via the API)
  • Sandbox credentials — for testing before production

Find your Company ID

Your Company ID is required to scope all API calls to your organization.

1

Obtain your Company ID

Ask your Proliant Account Manager for your Company ID, or retrieve it programmatically by calling GET /Company/ with your credentials. The response contains your company’s unique identifier.
