Ensure you have Pipeliner Administrator privileges on a Business or Enterprise plan.

Access the Admin Module

Sign in to your team space at crm.coevera.com and open the Admin Module.

Navigate to Applications

Go to the Unit, Users & Roles tab and select Applications.

Create an API Application

Click Create New to generate a new API application. Assign a descriptive name (e.g., “StackOne Integration”).

Configure Permissions

Click Edit Permissions to configure access controls across Records, Administration, and Misc categories.

Retrieve Credentials

Click Show API Access to reveal the Username, Password, Space ID, and Service URL. Store all credentials securely - the password will not be visible again.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Username
  • API Password
  • Space ID
  • Service URL

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
