Get your Pipedrive API token

Generate a personal API token from your Pipedrive account.

Open Personal preferences

Sign in to the Pipedrive account you want to generate an API token for.

Pipedrive accounts have their own subdomain URL:
- Production: https://app.pipedrive.com/ (or https://[your-company].pipedrive.com/ if you use a custom subdomain)
- Sandbox: https://[your-company]-sandbox.pipedrive.com/

The sandbox subdomain is automatically assigned when Pipedrive creates your sandbox account (e.g., stackone-sandbox becomes https://stackone-sandbox.pipedrive.com/).

  • Click your profile avatar in the top right corner of the page.
  • In the dropdown menu under MY ACCOUNT, select Personal preferences.

Go to the API tab

Navigate to the API settings page.

  • In the Personal preferences page, click the API tab (next to Account and Your companies).
  • Your personal API token is displayed under Your personal API token.

Copy the API token

Copy the token value.

  • Click the green Copy button next to the token value.
  • Store the token securely for use later.
  • If you need a new token, click Generate new token (this will invalidate the previous token).

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Token

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
