The selected region must match the region your PingOne tenant is hosted in. If it does not, the OAuth call is routed to the wrong host and the connection fails with an authorization or environment-not-found error.

Find your region

The region is the geographic location where your PingOne tenant is hosted. The connector uses it to route API calls to the correct host.

1

Find your region from the Admin Console URL

Sign in to PingOne at https://signon.pingidentity.com/ to open your Admin Console. The domain shown in the browser address bar identifies your region:

  • console.pingone.com = North America
  • console.pingone.eu = Europe
  • console.pingone.ca = Canada
  • console.pingone.sg = Asia-Pacific (Singapore)
  • console.pingone.com.au = Australia
  • If you do not have direct access, ask the PingOne administrator who provisioned your tenant which region it was created in.

Select the matching Region

Once you know the region, pick the matching option from the Region dropdown in the connect dialog.
