API access to Phenom must be provisioned by the Phenom team. Contact api-management@phenom.com before setting up this connection.

Request API credentials from Phenom

Phenom provisions API credentials per tenant — there is no self-service registration portal. You must contact the Phenom API team to obtain your credentials.

Contact Phenom support

Email api-management@phenom.com to request API access for your organization.

  • Request a Client ID and Client Secret for OAuth2 client credentials access.
  • Request your Token URL (OAuth2 token endpoint for your tenant).
  • Request your Gateway URL (base API URL for your tenant).

Obtain your User ID

Some Phenom API endpoints require a User ID (x-ph-userId header). Obtain your Phenom platform user ID from your Phenom account settings or from the Phenom team.

Enter your credentials

Enter the credentials provided by Phenom into the connection form below.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Client ID
  • Client Secret
  • Token Base URL
  • Gateway URL
  • User ID (Optional)

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup
If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
