data-syncAdded DataSync support for users, direct reports, assignments, competencies, awarded competencies, assigned job profiles, learning paths, articles, reference resources, batch reports, training records, external training records and requests, enrollment and withdrawal requests, supervisor assessments, mailbox messages, and recent activity. The format parameter is now optional on every action that supports JSON and defaults to json when omitted.
