Sign in to your Payfit account with your admin credentials.

Create your Payfit API Key

Generate an API key from the Payfit integrations hub.

Navigate to API Keys

Go to https://app.payfit.com/integrations/hub/api and click on Create a key.

Select API Key Scopes

Configure your key with an explicit label and the appropriate scopes.

  • time:read
  • health-insurance:read
  • health-insurance:write
  • collaborators:read
  • collaborators:write
  • contracts:read
  • contracts:write
  • collaborators:contracts:write
  • contracts:payslips:read
  • collaborators:meal-vouchers:read
  • company:read
  • payroll:read

Copy your API Key

Copy your newly created key and store it securely for use later. You will not be able to access it again in the Payfit interface for security reasons.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Key

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
