Find your Business Unit ID
The Business Unit ID identifies which Account Engagement business unit StackOne reads and writes. Every API call carries it, so a connection without it fails.

Open Business Unit Setup
Sign in to your Salesforce account, then open Setup.
- Navigate to Platform Tools > Account Engagement > Business Unit Setup.

Copy the Business Unit ID
Each business unit is listed with its name and ID. Copy the Business Unit ID for the business unit you are connecting.
- Format: an 18-character ID beginning with
0Uv - Example:
0Uvg8000000035xCAA - Paste it into the Pardot Business Unit ID field in StackOne Hub.
Values StackOne generates for you
Two read-only fields appear in StackOne Hub once the account is connected. You do not look these up in Salesforce — StackOne fills them in, and you copy them into Salesforce only if you want Account Engagement to send events back to StackOne.
- Native Webhook URL — the address Account Engagement posts events to. Paste it as the URL of a Salesforce Named Credential.
- Webhook Auth Token — the token that authenticates those posts. Paste it as the value of the
tokenauthentication parameter on the matching External Credential. - Both stay empty until the account is connected, and neither is required to establish the connection.
Link the Account

Connect
- Click Connect.
- If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
- Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup.
