Create a Parallel AI account

Sign up for a Parallel AI account to get access to the platform and generate API keys.

Go to the Parallel Platform

Visit platform.parallel.ai in your browser.

Sign up or sign in

Create a new account or sign in to your existing one.

  • Click Sign up if you don’t have an account
  • You can sign up with Email, Google, or SSO

Generate an API Key

Create an API key from the Parallel Platform settings to authenticate API requests.

Navigate to API Keys

Once signed in, go to Settings in the left sidebar and select the API Keys tab.

Create a new API key

API keys are organized by Apps. Click + CREATE NEW API KEY under an existing app, or click + CREATE A NEW APP to create a new app first.

  • Give the key a descriptive name (e.g., StackOne Integration)
  • Click the eye icon next to the masked key to reveal the full value
  • Copy the API key immediately — it will remain accessible but masked by default
  • Store the key securely

Usage and Credits

Parallel AI uses a credit-based billing model. Some API actions consume credits per request.

  • Search, Extract, Chat, Task Runs, FindAll, and Entity Search consume credits
  • Monitors (list, create, retrieve, update, trigger, cancel, events) and Task Groups (create, retrieve) do not consume credits
  • Ensure your account has sufficient credits before using credit-consuming actions

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Key

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
