Create an API key
Otter authenticates with a personal API key sent as a bearer token. Keys are created from the Developer tab in your Otter workspace and inherit the permissions of the user who creates them.

Sign in to Otter
Sign in to your Otter.ai account on an Enterprise workspace.

Open the Developer tab
Navigate to the developer settings.
- Click Integrations in the left-side navigation
- Open the Developer tab

Create the key
Generate the key and store it immediately.
- Click Create key
- Click Copy and store the key somewhere safe
- The key is shown only once — if you lose it, create another.
Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub
Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields
Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
- API Key

Connect
- Click Connect
- If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
- Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup
If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
