You need the REST Server URL and Identity Cloud Service URL from your Oracle Cloud environment.

Find Your Oracle Cloud URLs

Collect the two URLs that identify your Oracle Fusion instance and identity domain.

Find the REST Server URL

Sign in to your Oracle Cloud account. The REST Server URL is the base URL of your Oracle Fusion HCM instance.

  • Format: https://servername.fa.{datacenter}.oraclecloud.com
  • Example: https://mycompany.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com

Find the Identity Cloud Service URL

Navigate to Identity & Security > Domains in the Oracle Cloud Console and select your identity domain.

  • Copy the Domain URL (format https://idcs-{identifier}.identity.oraclecloud.com)

Choose Your Scope

Provide the OAuth scope that grants access to your Fusion Applications resource.

Copy the Resource Scope

Navigate to Identity & Security > Domains > select your domain > Applications > select your app > Token issuance policy and copy the configured scope.

  • Format: urn:opc:resource:fa:instanceid={instance_id}urn:opc:resource:consumer::all
  • Do not append offline_access - it is requested automatically

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • REST Server URL
  • Identity Cloud Service URL
  • Scope

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
