Getting your Organization API key

The Organization API key authenticates requests to the OpenReplay public API on behalf of your whole organization.

Copy the Organization API key

Sign in to OpenReplay, or to your own instance for Cloud Dedicated or self-hosted, then open Preferences > Account from the sidebar.

  • Under Organization API key, click Copy API key.
  • Copy the Organization API key into StackOne Hub.
  • Don’t click Regenerate unless you mean to replace the key. Regenerating breaks every script using the old key.

Find your instance URL

Only needed for Cloud Dedicated or self-hosted OpenReplay. Your instance URL is the address you sign in to OpenReplay at. Leave Instance URL empty in StackOne Hub if you use OpenReplay Cloud at app.openreplay.com.

  • Format: https://{your-instance-domain}
  • Example: https://openreplay.example.com
  • Copy the Instance URL into StackOne Hub.

Connect

  • Click Connect.
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup.
