Create a Personal Access Token
A Personal Access Token lets StackOne act with your own Notion permissions, without sharing individual pages with an integration.
Sign in to Notion
Sign in to your Notion account.
- Open the Notion Developer portal.
- Go to Personal access tokens.
Create a new personal access token
Click + New token and configure it.
- Enter a Token name (for example,
StackOne). - Choose the workspace the token should belong to.
- Under capabilities, select Notion API.
- Click Create token.
Copy the token
Reveal and copy the token value from the confirmation screen.
- Click Show, then copy the token value.
- Note: The token is shown only once — store it securely for use later.
- Note: Personal access tokens expire one year after creation.
Linking the Account from the Hub
Navigate to the Hub
Fill out the fields
- Personal Access Token
Connect
- Click Connect
- If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
- Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup
If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
