Create a Notion integration
To connect Notion with StackOne, you need to create an internal integration and retrieve the access token.
Sign in to Notion
Sign in to your Notion account.
- Navigate to My Integrations.
Create a new connection
Click the Create a new connection button to create a new internal connection.
- Enter a Connection name (for example,
StackOne). - Upload an icon if needed (optional).
- In Installable in, select Any workspace to allow installation in any workspace, or select Selected workspaces only to limit installation.
- If you choose Selected workspaces only, use the Selected workspaces dropdown shown below to keep the default development workspace or add more workspaces.
- Click Create.
- In the confirmation popup, click Configure integration settings.
Configure capabilities and save
On the Edit connection page, configure the following capabilities.
- If you see “Your connection doesn’t have access to any pages yet”, navigate to the Content access tab. A pop-up will appear — click the Edit access button to select the required pages.
- Under Content capabilities and Comment capabilities, enable capabilities based on your needs.
- Under User capabilities, select Read user information including email addresses (required for a successful connection).
- Click Save.

Navigate to the Hub
Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
