auth breakingAdded authRequirements for per-auth-type access control; gated the user-listing and user-retrieval actions (list_users, get_user, unified_list_users, unified_get_user) to the Installation Access Token and OAuth 2.0 auth types, because Notion rejects these endpoints with a 403 when using a Personal Access Token.

new-featureAdded Data Sync support for List Users, List Unified Users, and List Unified Organizations, so these resources can be synced into StackOne on a schedule and read without calling Notion. All three run as a full refresh on every sync, because Notion’s user and workspace endpoints offer no way to filter by last-updated time.
