Find your Account ID

Your Account ID uniquely identifies your NetSuite instance.

Sign in to NetSuite

Sign in to your NetSuite account.

  • Navigate to Setup > Company > Company Information.

Copy the Account ID

Your Account ID is displayed at the top of the Company Information page.

  • Format: 1234567 (production) or 1234567_SB1 (sandbox)
  • Enter the value in lowercase, replacing underscores with hyphens
  • Example: if your Account ID is 1234567_SB1, enter 1234567-sb1

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Account ID

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
