Finding Your Subdomain

Your subdomain identifies your Lucca instance.

Locate Your Subdomain

Your subdomain is the text before .ilucca.net in your Lucca URL. For example, if you access Lucca at https://acme.ilucca.net, your subdomain is acme.

Generating an API Key

Generate an API key from your Lucca account settings.

Navigate to API Keys

From your Lucca dashboard:

  • Go to Settings > API Keys
  • Or navigate to your account settings

Create a New API Key

Create a new API key for the integration.

  • Click Add New Key
  • Enter a descriptive name (e.g., “StackOne Integration”)
  • Configure the role and permissions for the key
  • Click Generate Key

Copy the API Key

Copy the API key immediately and store it securely. Each key has its own dedicated role that controls access rights.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Subdomain
  • API Key

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup
If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
