Obtaining API Credentials

To connect LogicMelon with StackOne, you’ll need an API Key, Username, and Password from LogicMelon.

Contact LogicMelon Support

Email support@logicmelon.com or visit the LogicMelon Contact Page to request an API key for your organisation.

Use Your LogicMelon Username

Use your LogicMelon account username (typically your email address) along with the API Key and password to complete the connection.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Key
  • Username
  • Password

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
