Admin permissions in Leapsome are required to generate a SCIM token.

Generate a SCIM Authentication Token

Generate a static SCIM token from the Leapsome admin area. The token is only
displayed once — store it securely.

Sign in to Leapsome

Sign in to your Leapsome account with an admin user.

Navigate to SCIM Settings

Go to Settings → Integrations and Imports → HRIS Integrations → SCIM (Azure AD, Okta, …).

Generate the SCIM Token

Click Generate Token. Copy the token immediately — it is not stored or
shown again. If lost, regenerate and reconfigure your IdP.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • SCIM Authentication Token

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup
If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
