Generate an API Key

Create an API key in your Lattice admin dashboard to authenticate API requests.

Sign in to Lattice

Sign in to your Lattice account with Admin credentials.

Navigate to API Keys

Access the API key management section in the admin settings.

  • Click Switch to admin at the bottom of the left sidebar
  • Select Platform from the admin menu
  • Click on API Keys

Generate a New API Key

Create a new API key for your integration.

  • Click the Generate API key button
  • Click Copy to copy the generated API key
  • Important: The API key is only shown in full once. Make sure to copy and store it securely before closing the window

Important Notes

Key information about Lattice API keys and security.

  • API keys carry the same privileges as the user who created them
  • To revoke a key, navigate to Admin > Platform > API Keys and click the red Revoke option next to the key

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Key

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
