Getting a SCIM Key (users and roles, optional)

Listing your Klaviyo team members and their roles needs a SCIM Key, separate from the OAuth authorization. Every other action works without it.

1

Check the requirements

Klaviyo offers SCIM Provisioning only after single sign-on is set up.

  • A paid Klaviyo plan
  • The Owner or Admin role in Klaviyo
  • SSO already turned on in Klaviyo with a SAML 2.0 identity provider, such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or OneLogin. See How to set up single sign-on.
2

Turn on SCIM Provisioning

Click your organization name in the lower left corner, then Settings > Security. Check SCIM Provisioning.

3

Copy the key

Copy the access key Klaviyo shows and paste it into the SCIM Key field. The Klaviyo-API-Key prefix is optional. Leave the field blank if you do not need users and roles.

  • Klaviyo shows the key only once.
  • The key can also create and deactivate Klaviyo users. StackOne only reads with it.
1

Connect

  • Click Connect.
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup.
2

Use Actions

Connect an AI platform to the linked account’s actions. See AI Platforms.Other ways to call actions are listed in Protocols & SDKs.
