Generating API Credentials

To connect JustCall with StackOne, you’ll need to generate API credentials from your JustCall account.

Sign in and navigate to API settings

Sign in to your JustCall account and navigate to API settings.

  • Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
  • Select APIs and Webhooks from the dropdown menu.
  • Alternatively, go directly to APIs and Webhooks.

Copy your API Key

On the API Credentials page, locate the API Key field.

  • Click the copy button next to the API Key field.
  • Store it securely for use later.

Copy your API Secret

Locate the API Secret field on the same page.

  • Click the eye icon next to the API Secret label to reveal the masked value.
  • Click the copy button next to the API Secret field.
  • Store it securely for use later.

Regenerating Credentials (Optional)

If you need to regenerate your API credentials for security purposes, follow these steps.

Reset your credentials

On the API Credentials page, click Reset API key and secret pair.

  • Type REGENERATE in the confirmation modal.
  • Click confirm to generate new credentials.
  • Important: After resetting, update credentials in all connected integrations.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Key
  • API Secret

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
