Obtain your Joveo API credentials

Joveo issues API credentials to your agency rather than generating them self-service. Request them from your Joveo contact, then paste both values into StackOne Hub.

  • Ask your Joveo account manager to issue an API key and an external API client ID for your agency.
  • API Key — the key issued to your agency, sent as the x-api-key header. Paste it into the API Key field in StackOne Hub.
  • API Client ID — the external API client ID used to generate the daily access token. Paste it into the API Client ID field in StackOne Hub.
  • Both values are used together by the Joveo Access Token Generator API to mint the access token for each session.
  • Treat both values as secrets and store them securely.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Key
  • API Client ID

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
