Generating an API Token

To connect JOIN with StackOne, you need an API token from your JOIN account.

Sign in to JOIN

Sign in to your JOIN account.

Open User Settings

Click on your profile avatar in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar.

  • Click User settings from the menu.

Navigate to API page

In the Settings sidebar, click API under your user settings.

Copy the API Token

On the API page, you will see your Token under the Integration data section.

  • Click Copy to clipboard to copy the token.
  • Keep the token secure, as it can be used to access and modify data in your JOIN account.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Token

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
