Locate your API key

Your API key authenticates requests to the JazzHR API. It is auto-generated and available in your account settings.

Sign in to JazzHR

Sign in to your JazzHR account.

  • Navigate to Settings in the main navigation.

Open the Integrations tab

On the Settings page, click the Integrations tab in the subheader.

  • Your auto-generated API key is displayed in the first section of the page.
  • Copy the key and store it securely for use later.
  • Note: only Super Administrators, Recruiting Administrators, or Developers have visibility of the API key.

Generate a new key (optional)

If you need to rotate your API key, click Generate New Key on the Integrations page.

  • The existing key will be replaced immediately with a new one.
  • Any integrations using the previous key will stop working until updated.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Key

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
