improvementClarified action descriptions to help agents pick the right tool: Get Campaign and Get Email Template now state the richer detail they return (and that Get Email Template is email-only), Update User Subscriptions is marked as the tool for subscription changes (vs Update User), Bulk Update User and Index Catalog Item point to the single/bulk counterpart for multi-record work, Delete User By Email is distinguished from the permanent Forget erasure, and Create Campaign now warns that email templates must include an unsubscribe merge tag.

bug-fixAdded portal screenshots to the API Key connection guide and split the key-creation step so each screen has its own instruction. Shortened the API Key field description, which duplicated the whole guide.

native-webhooksAdded native webhook event support — 36 System Webhook event types (email, SMS, push, in-app, embedded, web push, journey/session) each mapped to its own handler, with a router keyed on eventName, an events setup guide, and nativeWebhookUrl on the API Key auth. Events are configured manually in the Iterable dashboard (Integrations → System Webhooks). Mapping verified offline for all 36 events.
