Only the contract owner and administrators can manage users. Create the token while signed in as one of them. Tokens expire, so replace the token before its expiry date.

Create an API token

Generate a token in the Data Center Designer.

Open the Token Manager

Sign in to the Data Center Designer as the contract owner or an administrator, then open Menu > Management > Token Manager.

Generate a token

Select Generate Token, choose a Time To Live (up to 365 days), and copy the Token Value. It is shown only once.

Enter the contract number if needed

The connection reads the contract the token was created for. To review a different contract your login can reach, enter its number in Contract Number.

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • API Token
  • Contract Number (Optional)

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
