Your Instagram Business account must be linked to a Facebook Page before connecting. You can find your Instagram Business Account ID in Meta Business Suite.

Find Your Instagram Business Account ID

Your Instagram Business Account ID is a numeric identifier required for all API operations via Facebook Login. It is different from your Instagram username or profile URL.

Open Meta Business Suite

Go to Meta Business Suite and sign in.

Locate your Instagram account ID

In the left sidebar, navigate to Settings > Business assets > Instagram accounts.

  • Click on your Instagram account to view its details.
  • Copy the numeric Account ID displayed.
  • Format: a numeric ID such as 17841400008460056

Linking the Account from the Hub

Navigate to the Hub

Use one of the three Linking Account Methods to access the Hub.

Fill out the fields

Fill out the following fields using details from your provider:
  • Instagram Business Account ID

Connect

  • Click Connect
  • If applicable, the provider will redirect you to a sign-in or authorization page. Complete the provider’s authorization flow.
  • Once authorization is successful, you will see a confirmation popup

If the account linking is successful, you will see the newly linked account in your Accounts page.
