guide-changes description-fixClarified the region-selection guide step with a login-page screenshot and corrected wording (region is chosen from the top-right dropdown, not a per-region URL), and tightened the Get Assessment Report description to state it returns only org-wide aggregate totals — no per-candidate/per-reference records or free-text.
