Reinstalling Your HiBob App
Note: This section is only relevant if you have previously installed the app and need to reinstall it (e.g. after updating scopes or re-authorising). If you are connecting HiBob for the first time, skip this section and proceed to the account linking steps below.
If you have updated your app’s scopes or need to re-authorise your HiBob connection, you must reinstall the app. HiBob does not support re-installing an already-installed app via the OAuth flow — you must manually uninstall it first.
Uninstall the app (Sandbox)
If your app is installed using Development credentials, uninstall it from the HiBob Developer Portal.
- Log in to the HiBob Developer Portal.
- Open your OAuth app from the My Apps page.
- In the left-side menu, navigate to OAuth under Develop.
- Under the Development Credentials heading, click Uninstall to remove the app.
- NOTE: Once the app is uninstalled, reconnect your HiBob account from StackOne Hub.
Uninstall the app (Production)
If your app is published and installed via the Bob Marketplace, uninstall it directly from the Marketplace UI.
- Log in to your HiBob account.
- Navigate to Marketplace from the top-left corner (waffle menu).
- Locate your installed app by searching in the top-right Search field or the category tabs to find your installed app. Open the app by clicking on it, then click Uninstall on the left side of the detail view.
- NOTE: Once the app is uninstalled, reconnect your HiBob account from StackOne Hub.
