data-syncEnabled scheduled Data Sync on eight list actions — conversations, customers, tags, inboxes, users, user statuses, workflows and teams — so these collections can be searched and filtered without calling Help Scout on every request. Conversations and customers sync incrementally using the modifiedSince watermark; the remaining six refresh in full, because no other Help Scout endpoint exposes an updated-since filter.
