Connect your hc1 account

Use the login of an hc1 user whose role can read the records you need. hc1 has no API keys, so the connector signs in the same way the hc1 web app does.

1

Find your tenant

Your tenant is the first part of the address you use to open hc1. For https://interpath.hc1.com the tenant is interpath.

2

Enter the user's login

Enter the username and password of the hc1 user.

  • The user must not have multi-factor authentication (email or SMS codes) turned on, or the connection cannot sign in.
  • The connector can only read what the user’s role allows. Ask your hc1 administrator for a dedicated integration user.
